The AMD Radeon RX 6600M is a mid-range RDNA 2 mobile GPU built into thin gaming laptops from 2021 onward, using the same Navi 23 die as the desktop RX 6600 but tuned down to a 75W-100W configurable power envelope.
It's basically a laptop RX 6600 with the leash shortened. You get 1792 stream processors and 8GB of GDDR6 on a 128-bit bus, so 1080p gaming at high settings is comfortable and 1440p is doable if you back off a few settings. Where it struggles is anything ray-traced at real framerates, since RDNA 2's RT hardware is a first pass at the feature.
Performance in Practice
At its default 75W TGP the RX 6600M lands close to a desktop GTX 1660 Ti in raw rasterization, enough for 60fps+ at 1080p in most current titles with medium-to-high settings. Laptops that configure it up toward 100W (more common in 2022 refreshes) close a chunk of the gap to the RX 6700M.
