Who we are
Consumercarts is operated by Incrementors, registered in the United Arab Emirates at C1 1F - SF2591, Al Hamidiya 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with an operations office at 141, Pocket 6, Pocket 9, Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Incrementors. Reach us at hello@consumercarts.com.
1. What we provide
Consumercarts publishes hardware specifications, comparisons, editorial reviews and links to retailers. It is published for research. It is not professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that a given product will work in your system.
2. Accuracy
We work hard on accuracy and we still get things wrong. Specifications change without notice, manufacturers revise parts mid-life, and retailer prices move constantly. Prices and availability shown here are indicative and are never a binding offer. Confirm on the retailer's own page before you buy. If you find an error, tell us at hello@consumercarts.com and we will correct it.
3. Affiliate links
Some outbound retailer links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects ranking or scoring. The affiliate disclosure page has the detail.
4. Sites we link to
We link to manufacturers, retailers and data sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, their stock or their terms.
5. Our content
The text, comparison tables, scores and editorial on this site are ours. You may quote us with attribution and a link. You may not scrape, bulk copy or republish the catalog or the comparison data.
6. Trademarks
Product names, brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a purchase decision made using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Changes
We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top shows the last revision.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data, cookies and analytics is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to use this site. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Acceptable use
Use the site for your own research. Do not use automated tools to crawl, scrape or bulk download the catalog or the comparison data, do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, do not try to gain access to any part of it you have not been given, and do not resell or redistribute what you take from it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, that right is not affected.
13. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to the smallest change that makes it enforceable.
