ASRock Z890 Pro RS WiFi

The Z890 Pro RS WiFi is ASRock's value-tier Z890 board, giving budget builders full Z890-chipset features including PCIe 5.0 GPU support and four M.2 slots at a lower price than the Steel Legend or Taichi lines.

Power delivery uses a 16+1+1+1+1 phase design with Dr.MOS stages for VCore and GT rails, sufficient for Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 chips at stock clocks. Four DDR5 DIMM slots run at a native 5600MHz, with overclocking rated up to 9066+ MHz and a maximum total capacity of 256GB. Expansion includes a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot from the CPU, two PCIe 4.0 x4 slots, and a PCIe 4.0 x1 slot from the chipset. Storage covers four M.2 slots: one PCIe 5.0 x4, two PCIe 4.0 x4, and one PCIe 4.0 x4/SATA3 hybrid slot, plus four SATA3 connectors. A 2.5 Gigabit LAN controller handles wired networking, paired with 802.11axe Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Audio uses a Realtek ALC897 codec. Against the ASRock Z890 Steel Legend WiFi in this batch, the Z890 Pro RS WiFi offers a fourth M.2 slot with SATA fallback flexibility at a lower price, but drops to Wi-Fi 6E from Wi-Fi 7 and uses a less premium ALC897 audio codec.
