The Gigabyte Z890 EAGLE PLUS is the wired-only counterpart to the Z890 EAGLE WIFI7 PLUS covered elsewhere on this site, sharing an identical 14+1+2 VRM, four-DIMM memory layout, four M.2 slots, and USB4 connectivity, with 2.5GbE-only networking in place of onboard Wi-Fi. This is Gigabyte's mainstream Z890 PLUS entry for buyers who don't need wireless networking at all.
Two steps down from the AORUS ELITE tier, and it shows mainly in the VRM, not in day-to-day usability. This is a perfectly reasonable board for a build that isn't chasing maximum memory overclocking headroom.
Power Delivery and VRM Design
The same 14+1+2 phase, 60A-stage VRM as the WIFI7 PLUS variant, appropriately sized for mainstream Core Ultra 200S Plus builds rather than extreme overclocking.
