The Kingston Server Premier 64GB DDR4-3200 ECC Registered RDIMM is a high-capacity server memory module running at 3200MHz (PC4-25600) with CL22 timings, 2Rx4 dual-rank organisation, and 1.2V operation. It targets memory-dense Intel Xeon Scalable, AMD EPYC, and Threadripper PRO builds where registered ECC memory is required.
The 64GB-per-module option exists for builds where total memory capacity is the constraint: virtualisation hosts, in-memory databases, and large dataset workstations that fill every channel. As with all RDIMMs, this module only works in platforms that explicitly support registered memory — Xeon Scalable, EPYC, and Threadripper PRO — and cannot be mixed with unbuffered modules. Populating a full EPYC or Xeon system with these reaches half a terabyte or more per CPU without stepping up to far more expensive 3DS RDIMMs.
