The NVIDIA TITAN V CEO Edition is an ultra-rare gold-shrouded variant of the TITAN V that Jensen Huang personally gifted to a small number of AI researchers and labs in 2018, doubling the standard card's VRAM to 32GB using the same GV100 die.

It was never sold at retail, so if you're researching it you're either a collector chasing a genuine rarity or trying to understand what makes it different from the standard TITAN V you can actually buy. Functionally it performs identically to the regular TITAN V outside of the doubled memory capacity, so its value today is almost entirely about scarcity rather than usable performance advantage.
