For two USB-C laptops that need to share one HDMI monitor without carrying separate video and USB switches, the SIIG 2x1 USB-C 4K Video KVM Switch (CE-KV0B11-S1) handles both over a single USB-C connection to each machine.
Both PC-side connections are USB-C carrying DisplayPort Alt Mode video at up to 18Gbps, so it works with USB-C laptops and Thunderbolt 3/4 machines alike, outputting to a single shared HDMI display at 4K60.
Video & Compatibility
HDCP 2.2 support covers protected 4K content, and SIIG lists compatibility across Windows 10/11 and macOS 10.13 through 12.x. It's bus-powered entirely off USB-C, so there's no external adapter to plug in.
