For a 2-port HDMI KVM switch that adds HDR passthrough and remote control on top of the basics, the SIIG 2x1 HDMI 4K HDR KVM Switch with Remote Control (CE-KV0E11-S1) is built for a media-and-productivity desk that wants all three switching options.
It supports HDR, 3D and deep color passthrough alongside the usual 4K60, and gives you three completely different ways to switch - front panel buttons, keyboard hotkeys, or the included IR remote - so however you prefer to control it, it's covered.
Video & Audio
HDMI runs at 18Gbps bandwidth (HDMI 2.0 class) with HDCP 2.2 support, and audio passes through as 7.1-channel surround from HDMI or 2-channel PCM stereo from the 3.5mm jacks, whichever your setup calls for.
USB & Build
The USB hub steps up to USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) across two ports, plus two dedicated USB 2.0 ports for keyboard and mouse. It ships in a steel housing with an IR remote, IR extender cable, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A to B cables included.
