Fits DDR5 desktop boards: AMD AM5 (600 and 800 series) and Intel 600, 700 and 800 series boards with DDR5 slots. It does not fit DDR4 boards; the notch is in a different place. On AM5, 6000MT/s keeps the memory controller at a 1:1 ratio, which is why it is the go-to speed for Ryzen 7000 and 9000. It has an Intel XMP 3.0 profile only. Most AM5 boards can still load XMP, but kits with EXPO are validated for AMD.

It ships as two 16GB sticks, one per channel, the layout every consumer board runs best with. Four DDR5 sticks usually run well below their rated speed, so buy the total capacity you need as one two-stick kit rather than adding a second kit later. 32GB is the comfortable amount for gaming and creative work in 2026.

It has RGB lighting on a black heat spreader. Corsair does not publish the module height, so check your cooler's RAM clearance if you use a large air cooler. Corsair does not say whose DRAM chips are inside, so manual tuning headroom is unknown.
