Who each one is for
Buy the be quiet! Light Wings 140mm PWM high-speed for ARGB case intake/exhaust wanting real airflow and 140mm front-panel installs, though it is not built for pure silence at max speed (use the standard, non-high-speed variant) and radiator duty needing high static pressure. The same goes for builders loyal to be quiet!'s acoustic tuning who still want lighting. The Corsair QX120 RGB suits builds already using iCUE LINK hubs or coolers and high static-pressure radiator duty, though it is the wrong buy for builders without other iCUE LINK hardware and budget multi-fan purchases. Our rating of the be quiet! Light Wings 140mm PWM high-speed (8/10): the rare ARGB fan that keeps be quiet!'s acoustic discipline intact. Our rating of the Corsair QX120 RGB (8/10): excellent performance and the cleanest cabling in the catalog, but only worth it inside Corsair's LINK ecosystem.
