Which should you buy, be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 6 or Corsair A115?
Take the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 6 for buyers who want near-silent idle operation with flagship-tier cooling capacity when needed. The semi-passive mode is a genuinely distinctive feature for this exact use case. The same goes for heavily overclocked or workstation builds needing up to 300W of cooling headroom. This sits at the top of be quiet!'s lineup for exactly this scenario. It is not the one for buyers on a moderate budget. The DeepCool AK620 or Cooler Master Hyper 612 Apex, both covered elsewhere on this site, cover most mainstream cooling needs at a fraction of this cooler's price. The Corsair A115 is the one to take for high-end builds needing roughly 240W of air-cooling headroom, though it is the wrong buy for the smallest cases, given the large dual-tower footprint. It also earns its place with Corsair ecosystem buyers who want a flagship air cooler that matches other iCUE components. Avoid it for buyers chasing the single best raw air-cooling performance, where the Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black, covered elsewhere on this site, generally edges ahead.

A capable flagship air cooler whose main draw is fitting neatly into an all-Corsair build rather than leading on raw thermals.
