Which should you buy, Anker 777 Thunderbolt Docking Station or Targus Thunderbolt 4 DOCK190?
Take the Anker 777 Thunderbolt Docking Station for HDMI-native display setups that want dual HDMI output alongside Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. It is not the one for four-display setups, the Plugable TBT4-UDZ or Dell WD22TB4 support more simultaneous displays. Take the Targus Thunderbolt 4 DOCK190 for mixed Dell/HP corporate fleets needing a single dock certified across both vendors. It is equally the pick for 16-inch MacBook Pro or high-wattage Windows laptop owners needing full charging. Avoid it for home users who don't need vendor certification paperwork and want a lower price. Our rating of the Anker 777 Thunderbolt Docking Station (8/10): the HDMI-forward Thunderbolt 4 dock for setups built around HDMI monitors and TVs. Our rating of the Targus Thunderbolt 4 DOCK190 (8/10): A corporate-certified Thunderbolt 4 dock with full 100W charging headroom for demanding laptops.
