Which should you buy, Intel Acer Predator BiFrost OC Arc A770 or AMD ATI Radeon HD 5670?
Buy the Intel Acer Predator BiFrost OC Arc A770 for gamers targeting the resolution this mainstream tier is built for, though it is the wrong buy for 4K/high-refresh gamers if this card's tier sits below High-End. It also earns its place with builders who want 16GB of VRAM without moving up a tier. It is not the one for buyers who need the absolute best price-to-performance and should compare street prices first. The AMD ATI Radeon HD 5670 is the one to take for buyers comparing AMD's official reference specifications and researching a chip before choosing a board-partner card, though it is not built for overclocking-focused enthusiasts (reference clocks only). It is the wrong buy for buyers wanting a specific retail card with cooler and warranty details. Our rating of the Intel Acer Predator BiFrost OC Arc A770 (7/10): A solid mainstream pick if its price and 16GB VRAM allocation match your target resolution.
