Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch vs Dell XPS 14 9440: the refresh rate difference

Which should you buy, Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch or Dell XPS 14 9440?
Buy the Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch for long battery life for all-day creative or office work, though it is not built for anyone who wants to add RAM or storage later. The same goes for buyers who want the XDR display and active cooling over the Air. Avoid it for buyers who need the Pro or Max chip's extra CPU/GPU cores. The Dell XPS 14 9440 is the one to take for light creative work on the go, though it is not the pick for RAM upgraders and heavy gaming. Our rating of the Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch (8.1/10): the 14 inch MacBook Pro with M5 offers 16GB of unified memory, 512GB of storage and a Liquid Retina XDR display at 1000 nits and 120Hz. It weighs 1.55 kg with a 72.4Wh battery and Thunderbolt 4, and it suits creators who want the XDR screen and active cooling. Memory and storage cannot be expanded later. The base M5 chip also has fewer CPU and GPU cores than Pro or Max options, so heavy pipelines may want more.
Where the two are identical
Everything else lines up. Laptop class, memory soldered, ram slots, ram slots free and storage slots free read the same on both, so those are not worth weighing. They match on 3 further specifications as well.
