Who each one is for
Buy the ASRock B650E Steel Legend WiFi for builders who want extra SATA ports for legacy drives and budget AM5 builds that don't need Wi-Fi 7, though it is not built for anyone who wants the latest B850 or X870 chipset features and builds that want a fourth M.2 slot. The ASUS Prime H610M-E D4 suits budget LGA1700 builds using a non-K 12th/13th Gen Intel chip, though it is the wrong buy for anyone who wants four memory DIMM slots and builds around a K-series chip that wants to overclock. It also earns its place with builders who want a PCIe 4.0 GPU slot at an entry-level price.
