Who each one is for
The ASRock B650M Pro RS suits the most affordable current-generation AM5 builds, though it is not built for anyone who wants Wi-Fi included out of the box and builds that want a PCIe 5.0 x16 GPU slot. The same goes for builders who don't need a PCIe 5.0 GPU slot or built-in WiFi. The Gigabyte B850M AORUS STEALTH is the one to take for small form factor builders who want the STEALTH cableless aesthetic and buyers who've confirmed their specific Micro-ATX case supports reverse-connector boards, though it is the wrong buy for anyone building in a full ATX case and buyers needing exact VRM specifications before purchase.
What ASRock B650M Pro RS and Gigabyte B850M AORUS STEALTH have in common
The common ground is wider than the gap: memory slots, max memory, max memory capacity, m.2 slots and form factor are identical here. They match on 13 further specifications as well.
