Intel Core i5-12600T vs Intel Core i5-13500T: Comparison
What is the difference between Core i5-12600T and Core i5-13500T?
These two are close on paper, and total cores is the only measure that separates them at all: Core i5-12600T 6 against Core i5-13500T 14. Add l3 cache to that, 18 MB on the Core i5-12600T versus 24 MB on the Core i5-13500T, and the pattern holds. There is a split on p-core base clock as well, 2.1 GHz on the Core i5-12600T versus 1.6 GHz on the Core i5-13500T. They differ on release year too, 2022 on the Core i5-12600T versus 2023 on the Core i5-13500T. Microarchitecture is not the same on both, Alder Lake on the Core i5-12600T versus Raptor Lake on the Core i5-13500T. There is a split on max turbo power as well, 74 W on the Core i5-12600T versus 92 W on the Core i5-13500T.
