Elgato Facecam vs EMEET C960: Comparison
Elgato Facecam vs EMEET C960: the resolution difference
They are built to different briefs, and resolution shows it, Elgato Facecam 1080p60 against EMEET C960 4K30.
Who each one is for
Take the Elgato Facecam for streamers who want a consistent, non-hunting image without autofocus pulsing during broadcasts. This webcam's fixed focus and Sony sensor directly serve that priority. It is not the one for buyers who move around frequently and need active autofocus to stay in focus. A model with active autofocus covered elsewhere on this site better serves that need. The EMEET C960 is the one to take for streamers wanting 4K or smooth 1080p60 on a mid-range budget and anyone doing calls or streams in dim rooms, though it is not built for users needing polished first-party streaming software and anyone wanting a mechanical gimbal or AI tracking. Our rating of the Elgato Facecam (7/10): A streaming webcam whose genuine Sony sensor and fixed-focus design deliver a more consistent, distraction-free image than many pricier competitors with hunting autofocus. Our rating of the EMEET C960 (7/10): A strong value 4K webcam whose Sony sensor punches well above its price in low light.
