Acer Aspire 3 A315-56 Review
Acer Aspire 3 A315-56 (2020), the Ice Lake 15.6-inch Aspire 3. The common US A315-56-594W has a Core i5-1035G1, 8GB DDR4, a 256GB NVMe SSD and a 15.6-inch 1920x1080 TN screen.
The A315-56 was sold with HD TN, FHD TN and FHD IPS screens and with three different batteries, so check your exact unit. All screen options use a 30-pin eDP connector. Batteries: AP16M5J (7.7V, 37Wh, 2 cells), AP19B8K (11.25V, 43.08Wh, 3 cells) or AP18C8K (11.25V, 50.29Wh, 3 cells). LaptopMedia lists 36.7Wh as the base battery and 1.90kg weight.
Screen replacement
FHD TN models such as the 594W: Innolux N156HGA-EA3 or another 30-pin FHD TN panel; a 30-pin FHD IPS panel such as AUO B156HAN02.1 also fits. HD models: BOE NT156WHM-N44.
