ADATA XPG Lancer CUDIMM RGB AX5CU9200C4224G-DCLACRSG Review
ADATA XPG Lancer CUDIMM RGB AX5CU9200C4224G-DCLACRSG is a 48GB (2x24GB) DDR5-9200 CUDIMM desktop memory kit rated CL42 (42-56-56-134) at 1.45V via XMP 3.0, with RGB lighting.
Speed and Latency
True latency is CAS latency divided by half the transfer rate: 42 / (9200 / 2) x 1000 = 9.1ns. That beats 98% of the desktop DDR5 kits in our catalog.
Platform Fit
Any desktop board with DDR5 slots takes it, including AMD AM5 (600 and 800 series) and Intel 600, 700 and 800 series. DDR4 boards will not accept it; the key notch sits in a different spot. 9200MT/s needs a board and CPU that can train it; it is mainly aimed at Intel platforms. It has an Intel XMP 3.0 profile only. Most AM5 boards can still load XMP, but kits with EXPO are validated for AMD.
Capacity and Configuration
The two 24GB modules give you dual channel with two slots used. Plan capacity now: adding a second kit for four DDR5 sticks usually forces the memory down well below its rated speed. 48GB is the comfortable amount for gaming and creative work in 2026.
Build and Cooling
It has RGB lighting. ADATA lists no module height. If you run a large tower cooler, check its RAM clearance first.
Speed Score
It scores 10 out of 10 on our DDR5 Speed Score, which weighs transfer rate and true latency against every other DDR5 kit we list. Do not compare it with DDR4 scores.

FAQs
Is the ADATA XPG Lancer CUDIMM RGB AX5CU9200C4224G-DCLACRSG compatible with my motherboard?
It fits DDR5 desktop boards (AMD AM5, Intel 600, 700 and 800 series with DDR5 slots). It does not fit DDR4 boards.
Is CL42 at 9200MT/s good?
It works out to 9.1ns true latency. That is tighter than 98% of the desktop DDR5 kits we list.
Can I add a second kit later for four sticks?
It is not recommended. Four DDR5 sticks usually run well below their rated speed. Buy the total capacity you need as one two-stick kit.
Is 9200MT/s good for AMD Ryzen 7000 and 9000?
It works, but above about 6400MT/s AM5 usually switches to a 2:1 controller ratio. A 6000MT/s kit is the safer AM5 choice.
