ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO Review

ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO single-tower air cooler with push-pull dual 120mm P-fans, 4 heatpipes, 157mm height, 210W TDP, AM4/AM5/LGA1700 support, colored accent rings, no addressable RGB.

The eSports DUO adds a second 120mm fan in push-pull to ARCTIC's Freezer 34 tower, closing much of the gap to dual-tower coolers while staying in single-tower dimensions. The fan hubs carry swappable colored accent rings for a bit of visual flair, but there's no addressable RGB or software layer, just straightforward push-pull airflow at ARCTIC's usual budget pricing.

Comparison to Alternatives

Against ARCTIC's own Freezer 36 in this catalog, the eSports DUO's second fan gives it a real thermal edge for a modest price bump. Compared to the DeepCool Gammaxx AG400, the eSports DUO skips RGB entirely in favor of raw push-pull airflow, landing ahead on sustained thermal capacity.
