The ASUS XG Station Pro is a slim Thunderbolt 3 eGPU enclosure with an external power brick, a USB 3.1 Type-A hub and a passive vented aluminum chassis, launched around $329.99 in 2018.

This enclosure keeps the case thin by placing the power supply outside in a separate brick. It connects to a laptop over Thunderbolt 3 and adds a USB 3.1 Type-A hub. Cooling is passive vented, so the graphics card relies on its own cooler. The slim aluminum shell suits desks with limited space.
