The AVerMedia Live Gamer Duo GC570D is an external USB capture card that captures two 1080p60 sources at once, an HDMI console feed and a second HDMI or component input, so face cam and gameplay come in through one device.

The whole point of the Duo is running two capture channels through a single USB port instead of juggling a separate webcam capture and a console capture card. It's aimed squarely at people who record a face cam or a second camera angle alongside console gameplay and don't want two devices competing for USB bandwidth and desk space. If you only ever capture one source, this is overkill, save the money for a single-channel card.
