The Corsair AF120 Slim is a 15mm-thick 120mm case fan rated at up to 56.3 CFM and 2000 RPM, with a 5-25.6 dBA noise range, fluid dynamic bearing and PWM control, priced at $24.99.
Both Noctua fans in our catalog use the standard 25mm-thick form factor, the AF120 Slim exists for a completely different problem, cases and radiators where a standard-depth fan simply won't physically fit, at 15mm thick it slots into tighter clearances without giving up meaningful airflow.
Slim Doesn't Mean Weak Here
56.3 CFM at max speed holds up well against standard-thickness fans despite the reduced depth, Corsair's fluid dynamic bearing keeps noise reasonable across the speed range, 5-25.6 dBA is a wide enough band to run near-silent at idle and still move real air under load.
The Clearance Problem This Solves
Compact cases, radiators mounted against a case wall, or CPU coolers with limited RAM clearance are the actual use case here, this isn't a fan you reach for by default, it's the one you reach for when a standard 25mm fan physically won't close the side panel.
