AG400 is DeepCool's value-tier answer to buyers who want RGB without paying AK500 money, four heatpipes and a single ARGB fan get a mainstream Ryzen or Core chip through daily use comfortably, with the lighting synced through a motherboard's ARGB header rather than a proprietary controller.

Comparison to Alternatives

Compared to its own AK400 sibling, the Gammaxx AG400 gives up a bit of thermal headroom and the more refined fin stack for a lower price and RGB lighting the AK400 lacks. Against the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Halo White, the AG400 is the more budget-oriented of the two, with the Halo White pulling ahead in outright cooling capacity.
