Dell Inspiron 15 3511 (regulatory model P112F) budget laptop with an 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4, 8GB DDR4 on SO-DIMM, a 256GB NVMe SSD, a 15.6-inch FHD WVA non-touch display and a 41Wh 3-cell battery.
The Inspiron 15 3511 is Dell's 2021 entry-level 15.6-inch laptop, and one of the easier ones to repair: memory sits in two SO-DIMM slots, the SSD is a standard M.2 drive, and models with the 41Wh battery keep a 2.5-inch drive bay. Dell sold it with an HD TN screen, an FHD WVA non-touch screen and an FHD touch screen, so check which one you have before buying a replacement panel.
Inspiron 15 3511 screen replacement
The FHD non-touch Inspiron 15 3511 uses 15.6-inch 1920x1080 IPS-type panels with a 30-pin eDP connector. Dell sourced them from several makers, including AUO B156HAN02.3 and B156HAN02.4, BOE NV156FHM-N3D and NV156FHM-N4Q, and LG LP156WFC-SPK1. Any of them fits as long as your original is the 30-pin non-touch type.
Inspiron 15 3511 battery replacement
Dell lists two batteries for the 3511: a 3-cell 41Wh 11.25V pack (Dell G91J0) and a 4-cell 54Wh 15V pack. The 54Wh pack is longer and cannot be used when a 2.5-inch hard drive is installed.
