Dell Latitude 7490 (regulatory model P73G) 14-inch business laptop with an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U, 8GB DDR4-2400 on two SO-DIMM slots, an M.2 2280 SSD, a 14-inch FHD IPS non-touch display and a 3-cell 42Wh or 4-cell 60Wh battery.
The Latitude 7490 is Dell's 2018 premium 14-inch business laptop and is now common on the refurbished market. It keeps two SO-DIMM slots up to 32GB and an M.2 2280 SSD slot that takes SATA or PCIe drives. Dell offered HD, FHD non-touch, FHD low-power and FHD touch screens, and 42Wh and 60Wh batteries.
Latitude 7490 screen replacement
Parts-People lists the LG LP140WF7-SPH1 (Dell R6D8G) as the standard FHD non-touch panel for the Latitude 7480 and 7490, and the Sharp LQ140M1JW32 (Dell 4VTXP) for 7490 units with the low-power SLP screen.
Latitude 7490 battery replacement
Dell lists a 3-cell 42Wh battery and a 4-cell 60Wh battery. Parts-People sells them as Dell DJ1J0 (42Wh, 11.4V) and Dell F3YGT (60Wh, 7.6V); both also fit the Latitude 7280, 7290, 7380, 7390 and 7480.
