Dell XPS 15 9500 (regulatory model P91F) with a 10th Gen Intel Core i5-10300H, 8GB DDR4-2933 on SO-DIMM, an M.2 NVMe SSD, a 15.6-inch FHD+ 1920x1200 500-nit non-touch display and a 56Wh 3-cell battery.
The XPS 15 9500 is Dell's 2020 redesign of the XPS 15 with a 16:10 screen. Unlike the XPS 13, its memory sits in two SO-DIMM slots and can be upgraded to 64GB. Dell offered it with a 56Wh 3-cell battery or an 86Wh 6-cell battery; both share the same 295.2 x 77.7 x 7.56 mm outline in Dell's spec sheet. Screens are replaced as complete display assemblies.
XPS 15 9500 battery replacement
Dell lists two batteries: 56Wh 3-cell and 86Wh 6-cell, both 11.4V with the same listed dimensions. Parts-People sells them as Dell 8FCTC (56Wh) and Dell 69KF2 (86Wh).
XPS 15 9500 screen replacement
Both the FHD+ and UHD+ screens are sold as complete display assemblies with the lid and hinges (for example Dell F45JY and NC75F for UHD+ touch). We have not found a bare panel part number sold for this model, so no panel is listed.
