Intel Core i5-13600KF Review
The Intel Core i5-13600KF is the graphics-less variant of the 13600K: a 14-core (6 Performance + 8 Efficient), 20-thread desktop processor built on Raptor Lake, reaching 5.1 GHz boost within a 125W base / 181W max turbo power envelope on the LGA 1700 socket.
Identical to the 13600K in every spec except the missing integrated GPU, this is the cheaper pick for anyone who already knows they're running a discrete graphics card.
No Integrated Graphics
This chip has no iGPU at all, so a discrete graphics card is mandatory to get a display signal, there is no fallback for troubleshooting without one.
How Is the Core i5-13600KF in Terms of Performance
Performance is identical to the 13600K core-for-core and clock-for-clock; the only trade is losing the onboard display output in exchange for a lower price.
Our verdict
Reviewed by Burooj Alam. Rated by us, not by users.
Best for
- Builders who already have a discrete GPU and want the 13600K's performance at a lower price
Not for
- Anyone who might need onboard video output for troubleshooting or a temporary build without a discrete GPU
