Intel Core i5-14600KF Review
The Intel Core i5-14600KF is the graphics-less variant of the 14600K: a 14-core (6 Performance + 8 Efficient), 20-thread desktop processor built on Raptor Lake Refresh, reaching 5.3 GHz boost within a 125W base / 181W max turbo power envelope on the LGA 1700 socket.
Same silicon and clocks as the 14600K minus the integrated GPU, making it the better value pick for a build that's already getting a discrete graphics card.
No Integrated Graphics
This chip has no iGPU at all, so a discrete graphics card is mandatory to get a display signal, there is no fallback for troubleshooting without one.
How Is the Core i5-14600KF in Terms of Performance
The 14-core hybrid layout with hyperthreading on the P-cores gives this chip strong mainstream gaming and productivity performance identical to the 14600K, just without the display output.
Our verdict
Reviewed by Burooj Alam. Rated by us, not by users.
Best for
- Builders who already have a discrete GPU and want the 14600K's performance at a lower price
Not for
- Anyone who might need onboard video output for troubleshooting or a temporary build without a discrete GPU
