Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC05 Review
Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC05 (machine type 82HU) 2-in-1 with a Ryzen 5 5500U, 8GB soldered DDR4-3200, 256GB NVMe SSD, a 14-inch 1920x1080 IPS touchscreen rated at 250 nits and a 52.5Wh battery.
A convertible with a glossy touch display. Lenovo sells the screen only as a complete LCD module (FRU 5D10S39642 for IPS, 5D10S39641 for the TN version), shared with the Flex 5 14ARE05, 14IIL05 and 14ITL05. The battery is internal and replaceable after removing the bottom cover.
Screen replacement
Lenovo lists two LCD modules for the 82HU: 5D10S39642 (FHD IPS touch 250 nits) and 5D10S39641 (FHD TN touch 220 nits). We have not found a source tying a bare panel part number to these modules, so no bare panel is listed yet.
Battery replacement
The battery is the 3-cell 52.5Wh 5B10X49072 FRU family (L19M3PD6 and sibling codes), which Lenovo also lists for the Flex 5 14ARE05, 14IIL05, 14ITL05 and 15IIL05.
