Logitech B525 Review

Logitech B525 portable business webcam with foldable design, 720p30 autofocus video, and dual noise-cancelling microphones for on-the-go conferencing.

The B525 predates most of Logitech's 1080p business lineup but survives in some IT catalogs for one reason: it folds flat into a clip-on puck small enough for a laptop bag, aimed at road-warrior employees who need a webcam for hotel-room calls rather than a fixed desk.

Overview

B525 folds into a compact puck for travel, offering 720p30 autofocus video and dual noise-cancelling microphones aimed at mobile business users rather than desk-bound conferencing.

Comparison to Alternatives

Against the Logitech C615, both fold for portability, but the B525's dual noise-cancelling mics are tuned more for business calls, while the C615 offers a higher resolution ceiling. Compared with the Logitech C925e, the B525 trades resolution and a privacy shutter for a smaller, more travel-friendly footprint.
