NEC confirms about 108.5 x 46.5 x 29.5mm and about 240g, and its support page lists the same adapter across many LAVIE lines from 2014 to 2021, including the N14. Resellers rate it 20V 3.25A (65W). The plug size is not confirmed by NEC. Lower tier N15 models use the 192g PC-VP-BP98.

Can I use a higher wattage adapter?
Yes, if the voltage and plug match exactly. Voltage is fixed, wattage is a floor. NEC does not publish BP103's plug, so compare it on the replacement before buying.
Why does my LAVIE say plugged in, not charging?
Check it is not running on the 45W class BP98. A lower wattage adapter can power the laptop at idle and refuse to charge under load.
