Traveling with a family or a group and need to charge four phones off one power bank at the same time, the Silicon Power QP60 is one of the few banks actually engineered for that with two USB-C and two USB-A ports rated for genuine simultaneous use.

A lot of banks technically have 4 ports but throttle hard, or shut off, when more than two are plugged in at once.
