NT07's down-draft layout blows air straight down onto the socket area rather than through a tower, keeping total height under 60mm so it clears low-profile cases and HTPC enclosures that a tower cooler simply won't fit into. The tradeoff is a firm ceiling on TDP — this is a cooler for locked, modest-wattage chips, not overclocking.
