Xiaomi RedmiBook Pro 15 2024 Review

Xiaomi RedmiBook Pro 15 2024 with Intel Core Ultra 5 125H, 16GB soldered LPDDR5, 512GB SSD, 15.6-inch 3K 120Hz OLED display, aimed at the China value-creator segment.

Xiaomi's RedmiBook Pro line undercuts mainstream OEMs on price while still fitting a high refresh-rate OLED panel, a metal chassis and Intel's Meteor Lake platform.

Overview

The RedmiBook Pro 15 sits between Xiaomi's budget RedmiBook and premium Xiaomi Book Pro lines, offering an OLED panel and Core Ultra silicon at a price aggressive even by China market standards.

Expert rating7.7 / 10

The RedmiBook Pro 15 has a 15.6-inch 2880-wide OLED panel at 120Hz with a Core Ultra 5 125H and 16GB of LPDDR5. It is a good way to get an OLED display, at a weight of 1.8 kg, with WiFi 6E connectivity.

The 16GB of memory is soldered and capped, so no RAM upgrade is possible, and there is a single filled M.2 slot. Graphics are integrated. It targets the China market, so check warranty and support if you are buying elsewhere.

Best for

Buyers wanting an OLED panel on a budget
China-market shoppers

Not for

Buyers outside China wanting local warranty support
Users needing upgradeable RAM
