Zalman Reserator5 Z36 Review

Zalman Reserator5 Z36 360mm AIO liquid cooler, distinctive cylindrical ARGB pump housing, 3x ARGB fans, 280W TDP, AM4/AM5/LGA1700 support, value-priced flagship-tier AIO.

Reserator5 revives a Zalman product name from its reservoir-cooler era for a modern closed-loop AIO, built around a tall cylindrical pump housing lit end-to-end in ARGB rather than the usual flat circular cap most 360mm coolers use, a deliberate attempt to stand out visually at a price well under the big-brand 360mm flagships.

Comparison to Alternatives

Against the DeepCool Mystique 360's LCD-focused approach, Reserator5 Z36 goes for pure lighting spectacle over a display screen, at a lower price than either the Mystique or Corsair's iCUE Link Titan 360 RX. It's a value alternative for builders chasing visual impact on a tighter 360mm AIO budget.
