Who each one is for
The Adder ALIF1104T is the one to take for enterprise IP KVM matrix deployments across many rooms and HDMI workstations needing centralized network-routed access, though it is the wrong buy for small single-room point-to-point extension needs and DisplayPort or 4K/5K workstation resolutions. Buy the Adder AV4PRO-DVI-QUAD for control rooms needing RS232-automatable quad-head DVI switching, though it is not the pick for triple-monitor or smaller setups (the TRI variant is cheaper) and budget buyers, given the premium quad-head pricing. It also earns its place with trading and surveillance desks running full quad-monitor spreads across 4 machines. Our rating of the Adder ALIF1104T (8/10): A strong HDMI-based enterprise IP KVM transmitter for buyers already invested in the ADDERLink Infinity ecosystem.
