Who each one is for
The Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G6 IAP is the one to take for SMB buyers wanting a RAM upgrade path, though it is not built for enterprise fleet management features. Buy the Panasonic Toughbook 40 for field service, utility and public safety deployments and environments needing drop/dust/water resistance, though it is the wrong buy for buyers wanting a thin, light everyday laptop. Our rating of the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G6 IAP (7/10): the ThinkBook 14 G6 is a practical small business laptop with a Core i5-1335U, 16GB of DDR5 and a 14-inch 1920x1080 IPS screen. It weighs 1.44 kg, and a free SO-DIMM slot with support up to 40GB makes memory upgrades easy. Check the storage before buying, because there is one M.2 slot and it is already used by the 512GB drive. Graphics are integrated, the 300 nit 60Hz panel is plain, and there is no Thunderbolt, so docking options are limited.
