Expert rating7.9 / 10
The Nitro 16 pairs a Ryzen 7 7735HS with RTX 40 series graphics, 16GB of DDR5 and a 16 inch 2560 by 1600 IPS panel running at 165Hz. A 1TB drive with a second slot free and a 90Wh battery make it a solid mainstream gaming machine.
It weighs 2.6 kg and has no Thunderbolt, so it is a bulky carry. Both memory slots are filled, so adding RAM means replacing modules, up to 32GB.
Best for
- Mainstream 1440p gaming
Not for
- Thunderbolt peripheral users
