It carries the same 8-core, 16-thread layout and single 3D V-Cache-equipped CCD as the 9800X3D, with a 104MB combined L2/L3 cache pool, but raises boost clock by 400MHz to 5.6 GHz.

AMD describes it as a fine-tuned, higher-binned version of the 9800X3D's silicon rather than a new design, and TDP stays at 120W, matching the 9800X3D exactly.
