Apple A1493 Replacement Battery Review
Apple A1493 replacement battery, the 11.42V 74.9Wh pack for the MacBook Pro 13-inch Retina A1502 from Late 2013 and Mid 2014.
The A1502 model number covers three years, but the battery changed in Early 2015. Late 2013 and Mid 2014 machines (MacBookPro11,1) take the A1493; the Early 2015 (MacBookPro12,1) takes the A1582.
How to confirm the fit
The bottom case only says A1502, so check the year instead: open About This Mac, and if it says Late 2013 or Mid 2014, this is your battery. If it says Early 2015, look at the A1582.
