Apple A1953 Replacement Battery Review
Apple A1953 replacement battery, the 11.4V 83.6Wh pack for the MacBook Pro 15-inch A1990 (2018 and 2019, Touch Bar).
Apple's tech specs rate the 2019 15-inch battery at 83.6 watt-hours, matching this pack. These T2 era machines can show a battery service message with non-genuine packs, so genuine Apple parts through an authorised channel are the safe route.
How to confirm the fit
The bottom case should read Model A1990. The older A1707 (2016 and 2017) takes the smaller A1820 and will not accept this pack.
