This is the factory pack for the ZenBook 14 UX433 family, sold by ASUS's own accessories store under spare number 0B200-03080000. It fits the UX433FA, UX433FN and UX433FL, the U4300F variants, and the ZenBook Deluxe 13 RX433F and Deluxe 14 BX433F. The suffix changes the CPU and GPU, not the battery. Can I fit a higher capacity pack in my ZenBook 14 UX433?

We have found no ASUS listing for a larger pack in the UX433 chassis. Buy the 50Wh C31N1811.

Why does my laptop say the battery is not genuine?

We have found no published source on how ASUS firmware treats a non-ASUS pack, so we cannot promise a third-party clone will run without a warning. An OEM C31N1811 is what the machine shipped with and we expect it to run without warnings. If you see a warning, check the code and the voltage on the new label first.

Why did my new C31N1811 arrive at 30 percent?

Because it has to. IATA rules in force since 1 January 2026 require lithium ion batteries like this 50Wh pack to travel by air at no more than 30 percent of rated capacity. A low pack on arrival is correct. Charge it to full in the laptop and run it through a normal cycle before deciding anything about its health.
