AUO B140UAN02.1 14.0-inch WUXGA (1920x1200) IPS laptop replacement screen, 30-pin eDP, non-touch, anti-glare. Panel used in the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 (20XW, 20XX) WUXGA non-touch LCD modules (Lenovo module FRUs 5M11C53209 to 5M11C53212).
Lenovo only sells the X1 Carbon Gen 9 display as a complete LCD module; this is the bare panel inside the non-touch WUXGA version, which PSREF rates at 400 nits and 100% sRGB. Repair sellers list LG Display LP140WU1-SPB1 as an alternative for the same module.
Compatibility
Matched to the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 non-touch WUXGA module by a repair parts seller, not by a Lenovo panel-level FRU. It does not fit the touch, PrivacyGuard or WQUXGA versions. Compare the part number on your old panel before ordering.
