BOE NV140FHM-T00 14.0-inch FHD (1920x1080) IPS on-cell touch laptop replacement screen, 40-pin narrow eDP connector, anti-glare. OEM touch panel in the Lenovo ThinkPad T480 (20L5, 20L6), Lenovo FRU 01LW093 (supplier part SD10P38842).
The touch layer is built into the panel (on-cell), so there is no separate digitizer to buy. Lenovo describes FRU 01LW093 as a 14-inch FHD IPS anti-glare on-cell 250-nit BOE panel and treats it as interchangeable with the AUO touch FRU 01LW092. It will not work in a non-touch T480 without the 40-pin touch display cable.
Compatibility
Lenovo parts lookup lists FRU 01LW093 for the ThinkPad T480 (20L5, 20L6). The earlier T470 used different touch FRUs (00NY420, 00NY421), so do not assume a T470 touch panel is a drop-in match.
