Corsair CMH64GX5M2N6000C30 Review
Corsair's CMH64GX5M2N6000C30 is a 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5-6000 desktop memory kit rated CL30, for a true latency of 10ns.
Speed and Latency
True latency is CAS latency divided by half the transfer rate: 30 / (6000 / 2) x 1000 = 10ns. That is tighter than 54% of the desktop DDR5 kits we list.
Platform Fit
Fits DDR5 desktop boards: AMD AM5 (600 and 800 series) and Intel 600, 700 and 800 series boards with DDR5 slots. It does not fit DDR4 boards; the notch is in a different place. For Ryzen 7000 and 9000, 6000MT/s is the speed to aim for: the controller stays 1:1 with the memory. Profiles: XMP 3.0.
Capacity and Configuration
It ships as two 32GB sticks, one per channel, the layout every consumer board runs best with. Four DDR5 sticks usually run well below their rated speed, so buy the total capacity you need as one two-stick kit rather than adding a second kit later. 64GB suits heavy multitasking, large projects, virtual machines and local AI models.
Build and Cooling
Corsair does not publish the module height, so check your cooler's RAM clearance if you use a large air cooler. Corsair does not disclose which memory chips are used, which matters mainly if you plan to tune timings by hand.
Speed Score
Speed Score: 8.3/10. The score blends transfer rate and true latency and only ranks DDR5 kits against each other.

FAQs
Is the Corsair CMH64GX5M2N6000C30 compatible with my motherboard?
It fits DDR5 desktop boards (AMD AM5, Intel 600, 700 and 800 series with DDR5 slots). It does not fit DDR4 boards.
Is CL30 at 6000MT/s good?
It works out to 10ns true latency. That is tighter than 54% of the desktop DDR5 kits we list.
Can I add a second kit later for four sticks?
It is not recommended. Four DDR5 sticks usually run well below their rated speed. Buy the total capacity you need as one two-stick kit.
Is 6000MT/s good for AMD Ryzen 7000 and 9000?
Yes. 6000MT/s lets the memory controller run 1:1 with the memory on AM5, the best balance of speed and latency.
