It's built on the same 18A compute tile as the rest of the X-series, with GPU and platform tiles fabricated at TSMC on N3E. TDP and memory support match the X9 388H at 15-25W rated (up to 80W boost) and LPDDR5X-9600.

With CPU core configuration and iGPU identical to the flagship X9 388H, the practical performance gap between the two comes down almost entirely to the 100MHz difference in maximum boost clock, which shows up as a small, mostly benchmark-visible gap rather than a meaningfully different real-world experience.
