Innolux N173HCE-G33 Review

The N173HCE-G33 is a 17.3-inch Full HD IPS laptop replacement panel from Innolux, with a 40-pin eDP connector, a matte finish and no touch layer, running at 144Hz.

The N173HCE-G33 belongs to equivalence set p173-fhd-ips-40p-144hz-a, meaning multiple independent sellers list it as physically interchangeable with the other panels in that set. This panel is non-touch. A touch version of the same size and resolution is a different part and will not work in its place. The 40-pin connector is not interchangeable with a 30-pin one. Count the pins on your existing cable before ordering. This is a 144Hz panel. Fitting it to a laptop whose board only drives 60Hz will run it at 60Hz, and fitting a 60Hz panel to a 144Hz machine loses the high refresh rate. This part ships without mounting brackets, so reuse the brackets from your original panel.
