Raritan Secure Switch RSS-104C4K Review

Raritan Secure Switch RSS-104C4K 4-port DVI HDMI VGA USB audio smart card secure KVM switch, NIAP certified, tamper-evident government classified switch, 4K secure KVM

The 4-network version of the RSS-102C4K, giving analyst desks juggling four classification levels the same 4K video, audio, and smart-card switching in one tamper-evident enclosure.

Scaling to Four Networks Without Losing Features

Unlike some secure switches that drop audio or smart-card support as port count grows, the RSS-104C4K keeps the full feature set of the RSS-102C4K across four channels.

Analyst Desk Fit

Multi-INT and joint-agency desks that need to move between four separate networks throughout the day benefit from consistent 4K video and audio quality regardless of which network is active.

Comparison to Alternatives

For only 2 networks, the RSS-102C4K covers the identical feature set for less. Raritan's RSS-1044K drops the smart card reader at the same 4-port count if that's not required. Adder's AVSC1104/AVSD1104-class switches remain VGA/DVI-only lower-cost alternatives without audio or 4K support.
